Noovis has been contracted by Mifflin County, Pennsylvania to support its initiative for smart broadband expansion. The Broadband Expansion Agreement will provide the county with a results-oriented report that highlights suggested areas for the pilot projects as well as estimated costs and schedules for the construction. Located in the center of Pennsylvania, Mifflin County is home to over 46,000 residents spread across 415 square miles. The county has been pursuing this initiative and compiling data for years. Noovis will be analyzing the county’s data, conducting additional research and submitting a final report, complete with GIS mapping and financial model recommendations.
