Noovis is a design-build MSP. We engineer the network, splice it ourselves, and then monitor it from the N²OC against contractual SLAs. We don't sub the parts of the job that determine whether the network works.

We treat every service disruption as a business-impact event, not a technical ticket. The truck rolls before you call.

Every network we operate runs through one room in Hanover, Maryland. The same engineers who designed and built your plant pick up the phone, watch the alerts, and roll the truck. Not a third-party NOC. Not an offshore tier-one queue.
